The escolar in prosciutto was simply great -- never had a dish quite like that, and I intend to sample several other offerings already temping me.

Another Fabulous dining experience
Just wanted to thank Michael Dean's for yet another fabulous dining experience. I love the restaurant but Saturday night's meal was the absolute best. The Pan Seared Grouper was out of this world and is the best meal that I've had in a long time. This was the best combination of flavors with the grouper, grits and corn with lobster. Excellent! James was very attentive and had awesome suggestions. Thanks again!

To Die For
Just wanted to thank you and let you know how incredibly pleased we were with Mark's Bar Mitzvah luncheon at Michael Dean's. All of our guests absolutely raved about every bite of food. You did a perfect job of setting the tables and helping me figure out how to decorate them. I hope I have the opportunity to work with you and Rocky Top Hospitality.
